GAMUT ENTERPRISES has been in the entertainment business for over 20 years. Grant Moroney is the 'Soul Director' of a Company that covers the full spectrum of entertainment services. Grant has history as a guitar playing songwriting muso which at one time many years ago saw him winning a heat of what was the forefather of AUSTRALIAN IDOL, "New Faces" in Melbourne in 1972. He eventually ended up promoting shows and working in Theatre in the early 80's as a audio operator, stage manager, production manager, technical manager and finally on Oct 24 1997 created the Comedy Clubhouse (now known as the BASEMENT) at the Gold Coast Arts Centre. Grant now operates as a Comedy Producer and Tour Manager and has produced tours for Bob Downe, Tripod, Kransky Sisters, Wil Anderson, Stevie Starr, Vince Sorrenti, Steddy Eddy and now Sean Choolburra. Working with Sean is a delight. I believe he is an amazing talent and has what I believe is the x factor. My goal is to try and raise his profile and present him as an outstanding cultural ambassador and exemplorary example of indigenous Australia throughout Australia and as a Solo Performer Overseas.
